Exercise 25-01-2008
Today I went finally back to the gym after 3 days off. It felt like an eternity! It went pretty good, I can tell that I am improving on the cardio part of my work out. I did however feel a fair bit of strain on my neck today and decided to opt for 2 sets of repetitions with the bicep curls and shoulders raises because of that. I guess it’s time for me to go to the chiropractor again.
Cardio
- 20 min. cross trainer | level 1 for 15 min. | level 2 for 5 min | 13/14 km/h
- 20 min. treadmill | 5.6 km/h
- 30 min. bike riding | level 6 | random program | 85/95 rpm
Weight training
- 3x 15 reps lat pull down - 15 kg
- 3x 15 reps chest press - 10 kg
- 3x 15 reps triceps - 5 kg
- 2x 15 reps bicep curl - 4 kg
- 2x 15 reps lateral shoulder raise - 2 kg
- 2x 15 reps front shoulder raise - 2 kg
- 3x 15 reps sit ups on fit ball
