Exercise 30-01-2008
Today I finally had another body combat class again. I am not sure which body combat release we had, but I didn’t find it as exciting as the body combat classes I am used to. Too many gingers and not enough elbows, knees, kicks and punches. I like a little bit more aggression. I wasn’t even tired afterwards so I did a bit of extra cardio afterwards. Can’t wait for the 8 week challenge to start.
Cardio
- 60 min. Body Combat
- 20 min. Cross trainer - level 2 - 13 km/h
- 20 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h
Weight Training
- 3x 15 reps Lat Pull Down - 20 kg
- 3x 15 reps Chest Press - 15 kg
- 3x 15 reps Leg Press - 40 kg
- 3x 15 reps Bicep Curls - 4 kg
- 3x 15 reps Triceps - 5 kg
- 3x 15 reps Lateral Shoulder Raise - 3 kg
- 3x 15 reps Front Shoulder Raise - 3 kg
- Various Ab exercises
