Exercise 31-01-2008
I have decided to drop the shoulder raise exercises. Doing these exercises puts too much strain on my neck. Every time I do them the neck pain gets stirred up and it causes headaches as well. I have to accept that after my car accident I just can’t do as much anymore as I used to do.
Today I’ve only done cardio. Tomorrow I hope to do a boxing class for the first time. I am really looking forward to it.
Cardio
- 25 min. Cross trainer - level 2 - 13/14 km/h
- 35 min. Bike riding - level 7 - random program - 85/95 rpm
- 10 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h
