Exercise 01-02-2008
Today I had planned to go to boxing class, but I got the times mixed up. I thought it started at 9.45 am, but it actually started at 8.45 am. I always go to the gym a bit early so I can do a bit of a warm up before the class, but when I arrived I saw they already had started. I was pretty disappointed because I really had been looking forward to it.
Instead I decided to do a spinning/cycle class. I heard spinning is very good for you if you want to burn fat. It was an alright class, much better than programs on normal stationary bikes. I didn’t like the music much, but I guess if you go to the gym you’re just gonna have to put up with it. The other thing that I didn’t like were the seats. I already had a sore bum during the warm up! Maybe next time I should bring a pillow to sit on…
