8 Week Challenge - Day 6

It seems like my muscles have been sore all week now. My legs are aching again; I guess this time from those lunges that have been added to my program. Today I went to the gym and had a warm-up on the cross trainer and did the RPM class afterwards. I don’t really know what the difference is between the cycle class and the RPM class. I just consider both of them spinning classes.

Cardio

  • 15 min. Cross trainer - level 2 - 12/13 km/h
  • 45 min. RPM class
