8 Week Challenge - Day 27

Today I had an alright day at the gym. Did some cardio and threw some weights in the mix. Nothing special. I focussed on improving the distance with the cross trainer and the bike. Tomorrow I have a day off, but I feel like going anyway.

Cardio

  • 30 min. Cross trainer - level 4/5 - 13/15 km/h
  • 30 min. Bike riding - level 7 - 90/100 rpm
  • 30 min. Bike riding - level 1 - 22/24 km/h

Weights/Resistance

  • 2 laps of Walking lunges
  • 3x 15 reps Chest press 30 kg
  • 3x 15 reps Hip Abduction 40 kg
