8 Week Challenge - Day 37

After two days not exercising I was eager to get right back into it with my PT session. I worked pretty hard and my muscles were so sore, but to be honest I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.  My PT session went for an hour and after that I did another hour of cardio.

Cardio

  • 15 min. Cross trainer - level 6/7 - 13/14 km/u
  • 15 min. Bike riding - level 7 - 90/95 rpm
  • 30 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 2.5 incline

Resistance/Weights

  • 3x 12 reps Leg press 180 kg
  • 3x 12 reps Chest press 30 kg
  • 3x 15 reps Seated row 30 kg
  • 1x 15 reps Bicep curl 7 kg
  • 2x 15 reps Triceps cable 25 kg
  • 2x 15 reps Hip abduction 40 kg
  • 3x 10 reps Squats
