Back on track
All this time I thought I needed some tough love and a kick in the butt to get motivated again, but the opposite turned out to be true. This weekend we went over to see some friends and out of nowhere I got my first compliment. Just the fact that somebody noticed that I lost weight and told me I looked great has gotten me all fired up again!
I haven’t actually been to the gym yet due to medical appointments and my car that is still in the garage (yes, already two bloody weeks!). I hope to get my car back in the next day or two. Borrowing a car was handy, but you start to feel so dependent on other people and I truly hate that. So I hope to go to the gym again when my car is back in my possession.
I have, however, picked up my diet again. I enjoy eating healthy so much that I already started to wonder why on earth I felt the need to put all that junkfood in my mouth. Good thing is that I didn’t gain any weight. Anyway, I am back on track to my next goal: 75 kilo’s!
