Exercise 10-04-2008
Yeah!!! I have my own car back. The alarm was set again for 7 am and it’s back to my normal routine of going to the gym in the morning. Oh my goodness, not or hardly training for the last couple of weeks really makes a difference in your fitness. Unbelievable how fast you can lose your fitness if you slack off for a bit! When I finished my cardio work out of an hour my fast was as red as a lobster. And even though I was a bit puffy, it was a great feeling to be back in the gym.
Unfortunately I didn’t do too well in the food department today. I started off great, but had some KFC chips for lunch and icecream and bon bons as dessert for dinner
Cardio
- 20 min. Cross trainer - level 4 - 13 km/h
- 30 min. Bike - level 6 - 80/90 rpm
- 10 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - Incline 5
