Exercise 6th of June
For the last few weeks my neck problems got worse and worse. I saw a chiropractor and acupuncturist and still I didn’t get any pain relief. The headaches were unbearable at times. I was getting pretty fed up with it all, especially with not being able to go to the gym. I even lost my motivation. I got my motivation back pretty quickly after a Sunday breakfast at Sizzlers. I just felt disgusted by all the fatty food. It made me determined again to get back on the right track and to get back in the gym somehow. At first I just tried paddling on my bike at home, but I knew I had to get my neck sorted out to really get into it. Fortunately yesterday the chiropractor snapped my neck back into place. I felt instant relief. So… I’m back in the gym!!!
Cardio Work Out
- 30 min. Bike - Hill program - level 6 - 90/100 rpm
- 45 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - incline 5%
Weight Training
- 3x 12 reps Seated Chest Press - 20 kg
- 3x 12 reps Seated Row - 25 kg
- 3x 12 reps Seated Leg Press - 60 kg
- 3x 12 reps Hip Adduction - 30 kg
- 3x 12 reps Hip Abduction - 40 kg
- 3x 12 reps Bicep Curl - 4 kg
