Exercise 26th of June
So today I was finally back in the gym. It was a good feeling to exercise again, but unfortunately half way through my weight training I started to feel nauseous and dizzy again. I don’t know where the sick feeling is coming from, but it’s annoying because I couldn’t do the cardio session that I had in mind. I limited it to only 30 minutes. Hopefully next work out will go better.
Cardio
- 10 min. Cross trainer - level 3 - 13 km/h
- 10 min. Bike - level 6 - 80/90 rpm
- 10 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - incline 5%
Weight Training
- 2x 12 reps Chest Press - 25 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lat Pull Down - 25 kg
- 2x 12 reps Seated Leg Press - 70 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip Adduction - 40 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip Abduction - 40 kg
- 2x 12 reps Bicep Curls - 5 kg
- 2x 12 reps Shoulder Raises - 3kg
