Exercise 5th of July
Friday I didn’t go to the gym. I wanted to, but I had to go to the chiropractor. My neck had to be snapped back into place. Usually after a treatment from the chiropractor I feel much better and the headaches stay away for at least a week or so. My neck and shoulder muscles were real tight, but I guess that’s also because I am trying to get back into a regular exercise program. The chiropractor reckons it will all get better once my body is used to it again. She also worked on my knees because for some reason they were both very painful after the work out.
Yesterday I got back in the gym and I finally did some weight training again. It felt so good to work out. I love it, love it, love it!

- 2×12 reps Chest press - 25 kg
- 2×12 reps Lat pull down - 25 kg
- 2×12 reps Seated leg press - 70 kg
- 2×12 reps Hip adduction - 40 kg
- 2×12 reps Hip abduction - 40 kg
- 2×12 reps Tricep cable push - 27,5 kg
- 2×12 reps Bicep cable pull - 25 kg
- 2×12 reps Shoulder raises - 3 kg
- 3×25 reps Crunches
- 12 min. Bike - level 7 - 95/105 rpm
- 33 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 5% incline
