Exercise 7th of July

Don’t you just hate it how some people seem to think that how much weight you push or how fast you go and on what level is a competition. Today there was this girl in the gym that was constantly looking at me and checking how much weights I was doing and on what level/speed I was doing my cardio. I find that so useless because everyone should work on their own level.

Exercise today

  • 2x 12 reps Chest press 25 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Lat pull down 25 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Seated leg press 70 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Hip adduction 40 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Hip abduction 40 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Tricep cable push 27.5 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Bicep cable pull 25 kg
  • 3x 25 reps Crunches
  • 15 min. Bike - level 7 - 90/100 rpm - Hill program
  • 30 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 5% incline
