Exercise 9th of July
This morning I had some trouble getting out of bed, but I made sure that I would be in time for my body combat class. I love body combat, it’s my weekly hour where I can completely let myself go. I rushed to get there and was 25 minutes early so I jumped on the treadmill for a warming up. I wish they’d come with a new release for body combat though. Week in, week out the same body combat class gets boring…
