Exercise 10th of July
Yesterday I went to the gym again and changed my usual chest press to the pec deck. Holy moly, do I feel my muscles right now!! I guess it’s good to change it up every now and then. I also upped the weight of some of my resistance exercises.
Exercise yesterday
- 2x 12 reps Pec deck 15 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lat pull down 30 kg
- 2x 12 reps Seated leg press 70 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip adduction 50 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip abduction 50 kg
- 2x 12 reps Bicep cable pull 27.5 kg
- 2x 12 reps Tricep cable push 30 kg
- 2x 12 reps Shoulder raises 4/3 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lateral raises 4/3 kg
- 3x 25 crunches
- 10 min. Bike - Hill program - 90/100 rpm - level 7
- 20 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 6% incline
