Exercise 13th of July
After my last work out my muscles were pretty sore, so I decided to take a day off to rest. One day off became two days off, so I decided to go to the gym on Sunday. Something I usually don’t do, but I don’t want to slack off again. I was surprised at how many women were in the gym, but I guess it’s logical because on Sunday’s the husbands can look after the kids. I did a bit of cardio and weight training and jumped in the sauna afterward.

- 2x 12 reps Pec deck 15 kg
- 2x 12 reps Seated leg press 70 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lat pull down 30 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip adduction 50 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip abduction 50 kg
- 2x 12 reps Bicep cable pull 27.5 kg
- 2x 12 reps Tricep cable push 30 kg
- 2x 12 reps Shoulder raises 4/3 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lateral raises 4/3 kg
- 3x 25 crunches
- 20 min. Bike - Hill program - level 7 - 90/100 rpm
- 15 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 6% incline
