Exercise 14th of July

Today another simple cardio work out. I think it was only about a week or longer ago where I was struggling with my motivation, but now that I’m back into it I am really loving it again. No problems with going to the gym now.

Cardio

  • 35 min. Bike - Hill program - level 7 - 90/100 rpm
  • 60 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 6% incline
