Exercise 15th of July
Don’t you just hate it how people waste heaps of time on a machine while other people are waiting? So inconsidered if you ask me. Anyway, apart from getting a little bit frustrated about that I had a good work out.

- 10 min. Cross trainer - level 4 - 13 km/h
- 2x 12 reps Pec deck 15 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lat pull down 30 kg
- 2x 12 reps Omni leg press 70 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip adduction 50 kg
- 2x 12 reps Hip abduction 50 kg
- 2x 12 reps Shoulder raises 4/3 kg
- 2x 12 reps Lateral raises 4/3 kg
- Various ab exercises
- 15 min. Bike - level 7 - 90/100 rpm
- 45 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 6% incline

I don’t like when they see you waiting and purposely take their time moving. There’s something so childish and mean about that!
Some people just have NO gym manners!
Also, don’t forget to wipe your sweat off the machine, please!
Exactly! It is just so annoying and childish. Not everyone has the time to wait around for hours. And not wiping off sweat is just gross
