I love Wednesdays!!! Wednesday = Body Combat day. I arrived a bit early at the gym so I jumped on the treadmill before the body combat class started.

Exercise today

  • 45 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 6% incline
  • 60 min. Body Combat
