Exercise 18th of July
Yesterday I had the day off. Somehow the combination of doing weights the day before Body Combat makes my muscles very sore. Since I’ve already done 5 days in a row I thought a day off couldn’t hurt. So back in the gym today, with a slightly different program. When I got home I found out that I totally forgot about my shoulder exercises.
Weight training
- 3x 12 Pec Fly - 20 kg
- 3x 12 Chest press - 30 kg
- 2x 12 Lat pull down - 30 kg
- 3x 12 Tricep Cable push down - 30 kg
- 3x 12 Bicep Cable pull up - 27.5 kg
- 3x 12 reps Omni leg press - 80 kg
- 3x 12 reps Hip Adduction - 50 kg
- 3x 12 reps Hip Abduction - 50 kg
Cardio
- 30 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 7% incline
