Exercise 23rd of July
The pain in my hip/leg has finally left and today I was finally back in the gym. Note to myself: tell the chiropractor to never adjust my hip and leg again! I was really looking forward to the Body Combat class because the instructor said she would finally (after months) have a different release. It was not a new release though, but an old one. And… she got confused a couple times and had some mix ups. And… instead of listening to the music all I could hear was her breathing into the microphone. I don’t know, I just didn’t enjoy it as much as I usually do.
