Exercise 16th of July
I love Wednesdays!!! Wednesday = Body Combat day. I arrived a bit early at the gym so I jumped on the treadmill before the body combat class started.
Exercise today
45 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 6% incline
60 min. Body Combat
Exercise 15th of July
Don’t you just hate it how people waste heaps of time on a machine while other people are waiting? So inconsidered if you ask me. Anyway, apart from getting a little bit frustrated about that I had a good work out.

Today another simple cardio work out. I think it was only about a week or longer ago where I was struggling with my motivation, but now that I’m back into it I am really loving it again. No problems with going to the gym now.
