It’s about time…

… that I got my bum back into the gym. The plan was to go to the chiropractor on Monday and go back to the gym on Tuesday. But the chiropractor had a bit of trouble snapping my neck back in place which resulted in a lot of attempts. It snapped back into place after about 5 attempts, which caused my neck muscles to ache a fair bit which in turn resulted in bad headaches again. It really sucked, but today I’m finally feeling much better again.

I can tell that I haven’t been in the gym for a while because my heart rate went up high very quickly and my head looked like a red tomato. But that never discourages me, I always have had good endurance so I just stick with it until I’m finished. I hope I can continue my work outs now on a daily basis.

Yesterday I had a bit of a binge day with eating. It really made me feel a bit sick in my stomach so I am not too worried that that will happen again. From now on I’m going to monitor my eating habits again in an eating diary because I have slacked off with monitoring it.

Cardio Work Out

  • 35 min. Bike riding - level 7 - 85/95 rpm
  • 35 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - 5% incline
