By Dutsji | July 2, 2008

Exercise 26th of June

By Dutsji | June 26, 2008

So today I was finally back in the gym. It was a good feeling to exercise again, but unfortunately half way through my weight training I started to feel nauseous and dizzy again. I don’t know where the sick feeling is coming from, but it’s annoying because I couldn’t do the cardio session that I had in mind. I limited it to only 30 minutes. Hopefully next work out will go better.

Cardio

  • 10 min. Cross trainer - level 3 - 13 km/h
  • 10 min. Bike - level 6 - 80/90 rpm
  • 10 min. Treadmill - 5.6 km/h - incline 5%

Weight Training

  • 2x 12 reps Chest Press - 25 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Lat Pull Down - 25 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Seated Leg Press - 70 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Hip Adduction - 40 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Hip Abduction - 40 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Bicep Curls - 5 kg
  • 2x 12 reps Shoulder Raises - 3kg

When it rains it pours

By Dutsji | June 23, 2008

Today I finally got my car back. Everything got checked, but somehow my car ‘fixed’ itself over time. Of course that is good news, but I am still a bit worried that next time I get in my car it will blow up on me. Fortunately I have my car back, but now a new problem has arised; my computer has given up on me. At first it just didn’t want to disconnect to the internet, but when I tried to solve the problem all of the sudden it shut down and doesn’t want to start up again. God bless my brother for giving me a laptop that I can use until that problem gets fixed. I wish that my desk top computer will magically fix itself over time as well.

So, finally after a week and a half I can get back in the gym. My plan to go outdoors last week blew up in my face with the weather we’ve had. Gosh, I wish it was summer again! Anyway, tomorrow I will get my lazy bum back into the gym. I have been so slack since the car has been in the garage. The plan was to go outdoors and do some hiking and riding my stationary bike at home, but I haven’t done any of it. So slack!!!
