Exercise 23nd & 24th of April
Last Wednesday I was planning on going to Body Combat. I woke up around 6am, but decided to go back to bed for another hour and a half because Body Combat doesn’t start until 9.30am. And… I accidently slept in. So instead I jumped on my stationary bike at home. The next day however I was back in the gym and did some resistance training. I made it a very light training to see how my neck would hold up. Ever since our car accident my neck has been causing problems, but at the moment it’s worse than the last few months.

Exercise 22-04-2008
After the work out on Monday I’ve had a pretty bad response from my neck. The pain just got worse and worse through out the day. I did not expect that to happen at all. But… on Tuesday I was back in the gym nonetheless. I decided not to do weight training just yet. Usually it strains my neck a bit, so I thought I do another cardio session to see how my neck would respond.
Cardio
- 15 min. Cross trainer - level 4 - 13 km/h
- 30 min. Bike - level 6 - 90/100 rpm
- 15 min. Treadmill - 6.0 km/h - 5% incline
Stress and hair loss
The last three years have been really stressful for my partner and myself. It is one of the reasons why I have gained a lot of weight. Not only have I gained weight, but the stress has also caused a lot of hair to fall out. I am not bald or anything, it’s just that my hair has become really thin. I always had very thick and shiny hair and now it’s just the opposite. I’m only 29 years old so I am not happy with it. My hairdresser tells me to stop stressing, but it’s not that easy. Especially not when the hair only gets thinner.
I always thought that losing hair and getting bald was only a problem for men, but when it comes to hair loss obviously women can suffer just as bad. I never thought that my hair would get this thin and I’ve been looking around to see if I can find a solution. At first I was thinking about hair extensions, but I decided against it when my hairdresser told me it would only make my hair heavier. And that will probably cause more hair to break off. Aventi California laser hair therapy sounds much better. Low Level Laser hair therapy stimulates your hair growth in a natural way.
The great thing about hair laser therapy is that it doesn’t cause any side effect. The low laser therapy will stop the excessive hair loss, improve the shaft quality, will relieve you from scalp conditions such as psoriasis, rehabilitates damaged and dormant hair follicles and so on. It sounds pretty good to me. If you have the same problem as me, you might want to give Aventi Laser Hair Therapy in California a ring and see what they can do for you. There number is 1 (800) GET-HAIR.
